Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a permanent resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe(APST) members.
  • Non-APST residents of Changlang, Lohit, and Namsai possess Resident Certificates (RC) who are people with permanent land-holding documents.
  • State Govt. Employees and their dependents.
